Some good stuff. There’s something in there that reminds me a lot of Princess and a few sequels that I’m interested in. And of course a film or two in my preferred genre which is always nice to see.
Murder Mystery 2

Adam Sandler is one of the most swingingist actors I’ve ever heard of he has movies I loved back when they were popular even though they don’t hold up as well now. He has movies that are timeless classics. He has utter trashfire movies. He has movies that are perfectly fine but uninteresting. My controversial opinion is that I liked Grown Ups (and the sequel). My less controversial opinion is that Murder Mystery was fun. So I’m all aboard with Murder Mystery 2.
*Extraction 2**

Extraction was a good time so I’ll check in for Extraction 2.
Rebel Moon

Zack Snyder. Either that’s enough for you or you wait and see more footage. I’ll be waiting myself.
Leave the World Behind

the story of two families, led by Julia Roberts and Mahershala Ali, as they fight for survival amid an inexplicable blackout
Could go either way
Luther: The Fallen Sun

It’s more Luther. People who watch Luther I’m sure are well excited.
The Pain Hustlers

After losing her job, a blue-collar woman who’s struggling to raise her daughter takes a job out of desperation. She begins work at a failing pharmaceutical start-up, but what she doesn’t anticipate is the dangerous racketeering scheme she’s suddenly entered.
Makes way more sense as soon as you see the word pharmaceutical. But that makes it much less interesting.
Your Place or Mine

Rom-coms are rom-coms either you’re into them or you’re not. Either you’re super into the idea of a classic paint by numbers rom-com like we haven’t seen in ages.. or you’re not. I like romcoms I just don’t know if I care for Ashton Kutcher or Reese Witherspoon. For people into romcoms this is how you judge them. 90% who the main cast is. 10% what’s going on.
A Family Affair

Ever walk in on a relative in an intimate moment and you really wish you hadn’t? Yeah, imagine that it’s your mother (Nicole Kidman)… with your former boss (Zac Efron). That’s precisely Joey King’s reality
Okay, well that makes the clip make sense at least. Not sure if I’m into the movie but at least I understand some of what it is.
The Mother

A deadly assassin comes out of hiding to protect the daughter who she gave up years before, while on the run from dangerous men.
Sold.
Lift

Sure why not I love a good crime movie. Con Artists, Thieves, Heists any an all I say more the merrier. Heck the only way it would be better was if it turned into a murder mystery for some reason.
Heart of Stone

I remain not a fan of Gadot but she can do good work. Not much to go on with this one but the clips and a generic action plot synopsis. Could be fun though.
They Cloned Tyrone

What a great teaser. I’m in. Pulpy mystery caper? Yeah I’m in twice.
Damsel

I think Millie Bobby Brown looks awful in red hair. I also don’t think it’s that big a deal. I liked what I’ve seen of Stranger Things and I’m having a great time with the Enola Holmes films so if she wants to fight a dragon looking ridiculous. I’m not opposed to watching. I think this is the movie I mentioned earlier.
Leo

Adam Sandler as an animated character. And just like that he’s gone from a fun time I’m anticipating to something I hope and pray doesn’t become popular so I have to keep hearing about it.
You People

Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner for the nth time isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but I liked the teaser. It had great tension.
Technically there’s a whole 2023 film slate if you’re interested but the video is good enough.
Edit: So I just checked and Joey king IS the actress in Princess and she’s also in A Family Affair here so between that and Damsel no wonder I was getting a vibe.
